It's an Explosion in "Green"

It looks like the mojo might be coming back.  Actually, if I just stay off the laptop and away from blog hops till I complete a project, it might work just right.

A friend asked for an explosion box with lots and lots of frogs.  Was running short on time so I booked it over to Hobby Lobby and bought some pre-made cuts (La Petites) . They were soooooo cute.  Hopefully, after the holidays, I'll try to come up with my version of these cute little critters.  I actually used my Create a Critter to make the frogie for the top of the box.  Put him on a Wobble that I got from Made by Momo's blog (thank you very much Mo and AWi for the samples).  I think I'll be buying lots more of these great little wobbles.

So bring on the pics, already!

Was on my way to deliver the box and had forgotten to take pics
so I took the shots on the front seat of my van.

The little guy in the middle/bottom of the box is
from Createology (think that's the name).

Inside of the top of the box.

This little critter is mounted on a boggle
on the top of the box.

These two critters weren't used.  But
just had to share them.

Not sure these cuts will stay on.  The Gold Glitter paper
I used was giving me fits.  Nothing would stick to it.

Birthday in Pink for Anthony

Anthony is going to his second birthday party today.  When I spoke with Kylie's mother to see what Kylie liked, she told me that Kylie was all girl.  So, PINK it was going to be.

Lamb and birthday sentiments from "Create a Critter".
Paper all from stash.
Used Cuttlebug dot embossing folder.

Made by Momo Nov. Tuesday Challenge

After all the kits for two service projects, the mojo is in limo.  But I just had to push myself to come up with a card for Momo's challenge.

This card didn't turn out the way I thought it would.  But here goes:

This is my first try with the Pagoda cartridge.  From the first look through the booklet, I knew I wanted to make something with this cut.  The cut on top was cut at 3 1/2".  It's huge (almost 10" long)!!!!  The second cut was done at 1 1/2".  It fit perfect on 4.25" x 5.5" card.

Purple, solid card stock is from my stash.  Purple dot sheet is from  Paper Studio, "Classics".  Thank You stamp from SU, heat embossed with "Stamp-n Stuff, lilac pastel, opaque.  Border punch from MS.  I first tried to heat emboss the buds, but it just didn't look right, so I covered them with Stickles.

Young Women's Service Project

Put together several kits for the YW to assemble (and add their own personalities) to).  Packets will be going to the Missionaries from and in our Ward and District for them to mail home.

Cut two types of Gingerbread men, one from Paper Dolls Dress Up and the other from Christmas Village (girls can decide which one they want to use).  Paper from stash (probably from an old Stack).  Will have lots of bling and glitter for them to decorate.

Card from Wild Cards (Stitched), paper and ribbon from stash.

Penguin from Create a Critter, paper, ribbon and sentiment from stash.

Santa from Joys of the Season, used Cuddle Bug to pop Santa's beard.  Paper from stash.

Angel cut from Christmas Village.  Paper from stash, last of this really neat paper I had, light blue with embossed silver stars.  Don't remember where I found it.

And the reason for the season, Baby Jesus.  Cut Him from Paper Dolls Dress Up.  Sentiment was one of those $1 stamps from M's.  The card needs something, but I just can't think of what.  Perhaps the girls will come up with something.

Hope the girls have as much fun as I did.  I won't be able to be there in that I have Cubs at the same time.  Maybe I can bounce back and forth from both meetings.

This cartridge is so much fun to work with.  When I first saw the boxes posted in someone's (can't remember whoes) blog, I just had to have it.
