Had a need for some birthday cards, so I used my new stack from Joanns (Cheekee Monkey)!  Lots of really cute 12 x 12 cardstock in this stack.

Base - DCWV Solid Clitter Box of Cards
Monkey  with bananas - LaPetites

Don't remember which cartridge I cut the HB from.

Mounted the 2 on a wobble

These cute monkeys are stick-ons from EK Success
Stamp was from Michales dollar bin

Trying to Get Back in the Swing of It

OMG! It's been a year since I've posted. So let's get going with some really simple Christmas cards using the Cricut "Inspired Heart" cartridge. Not sure this is the way they'll stay but I'm having a hard time coming up with what to do with them. Any suggestions?

Black faux velvet - bought at JoAnn

Black Glitter cardstock - from stash

Standard black textured card stock from Paper Studio

Used the following:

For the card base -- DavidTutera's A2 Cards in cream

For the mat I used black scraps from my stash, some are basic textured card stock, some faux velvet and I had two 12x12 sheets of black glitter all cut at 5 1/4" x 4".

The cuts were doing using gold sheets from DCWV Mattalic Stack (cut at 3" or a little larger on some)

For the star I used some bling from Michales
